The Ellettsville Parks Board met in a regular meeting on Monday, December 5, 2016, at the Ellettsville Fire Department Training and Conference Room, 5080 West State Road 46, Bloomington, Indiana. Jimmie Durnil called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Jimmie Durnil explained there is $23,319 in their account and the appropriated amount is $6,567.48.
Jimmie Durnil thought he had the Memorial Park lights taken care of but someone has broken one. He will get with Danny Jo Edwards to find out what they need to do. The lights on the Heritage Trail have all been repaired. It cost $120 to repair three of the lights. It appears someone leaned against one and the Street Department hit the other light with a lawnmower. There are funds available to repair three more lights. The funds came out of their budget because the Hoosier Energy grant has been exhausted.
Holly Nethery announced that Saturday, December 10, 2016, is Santa on Sale Street.
Jimmie Durnil entertained a motion to adjourn the meeting. Holly Nethery made a motion to adjourn. Carol Hoobyar seconded. Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 5:36 p.m.
