The Ellettsville, Indiana Plan Commission met in regular session at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, January 4, 2001. Members present were Kevin Farris, President, Terry Baker, Frank Buczolich, Sandra Hash, Geraldine McIntyre, and William Evans. Mr. Farris Called the meeting to order.
Joe and Joella Grubb, who reside at 3290 Thomas Road, asked permission for a zoning variance on a home that they own located at 521 South Sale Street. They want the variance so they can use the home for a Bed and Breakfast/ Antique shop when they finish remodeling it. Two residents who own property in the adjoining area appeared and stated that they had no problems at all with the usage of the home as a Bed and Breakfast/ Antique Shop.
Geraldine McIntyre, seconded by Frank Buczolich, made a motion to approve the variance as long as the Grubb’s own the property and run the business. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion made by Geraldine McIntyre to approve minutes, seconded by Frank Buczolich. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion made by Sandy Hash to adjourn meeting, seconded by Geraldine McIntyre. Motion carried 5-0.
