Request to Amend Final Plats of Seven Lots (2.25 Acres) for Edgewood Heights, Section 3 and Edgewood Village Homes, 7200 Block of W. Mustang Drive; Petitioner:  Double Clark, LLC; Case No. PC2018-12

Kevin Tolloty, Planning Director, explained this request is a continuation from the last two Plan Commission meetings and there is nothing new to add.  There are two separate plats for the north and south side of Mustang Drive.  The plats amend a couple of the lots and puts in correct easements.  An email from Mr. Coppock states the drainage will have to meet certain designs.  Do they intend for it to be an open or enclosed drainage system?  If it is enclosed, does it meet the requirements sent out by Mr. Coppock?

Bob Double, Double Clark, LLC, advised it will be an enclosed underground drainage system and will meet Mr. Coppock’s requirements.
