Please bring the application, a drawing or plot plan showing where the driveway will be located, including measurements, a copy of the deed to the property and $25 for payment of the fee to the Department of Planning. The Department of Planning is located at Ellettsville Town Hall, 1150 W. Guy McCown Drive, Ellettsville.
